I have edited a dynamic montage capturing the creation of a mural at the Riverside Art Center, a special place from my childhood. I worked with footage from a world-renowned artist to highlight his process. The final edit was featured on both Black Book Studio and Collin Can Der Sluijs' Instagram pages, earning high praise for its quality.
I created a detailed video highlighting my boss's camera collection at Black Book Studio. Through extreme close-ups, I focused on the craftsmanship of each camera. I also learned to use a gimbal and experimented with manual focus and different lenses, refining my technical skills throughout the project.
Created my first video for Black Book Studio, showcasing a vibrant art piece my boss brought back from Mexico. I learned how to film vertically on a digital camera and frame the shot for proper cropping, all while maintaining high production quality.
I had the opportunity to work with the band Washington Avenue, initially attending their shows as a fan and later connecting with them to create media content.
Created a short documentary for a school project, capturing my coworkers’ journey as they formed a band. Filmed their early practices and interviews, evolving the project into an extended documentary as the band found their name and grew.
I created a trailer-style video for my coworkers' band, capturing their first-ever performance. The video hints at a more extensive documentary in progress. The video was also showcased at a school screening, marking a full-circle moment after being involved in their early stages.
I worked as the camera operator for a student-led short film, contributing to the shot list, script, actor recruitment, and location scouting. I also brought in someone to create original music, fulfilling the director's vision
I created a fun, 10-shot video for an assignment with a group for my video media and production class. Each member edited their storyline, and this was my version. I played as the leading actress and explored making the music. I had so much fun making this. It was one of the first projects we did in the semester.
I worked on a student project pilot episode of a series called Public Speaking, where a camera crew films a public speaking class. I played a significant role as the cameraman and contributed in the script room. The humor relied heavily on camera skills, which made for a fun challenge and an opportunity for growth.
